The 90 minute session will include a slow yoga flow to stretch the spine, tips and adjustments you can make in all of your workouts to keep your back safe, and core strengthening exercises that are designed to support your torso and relieve back pain. PLUS when you attend you get a bonus digital guide with all of this goodness to practice at home and keep you on course with your back care.
