Jamie is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher through Grow Yoga School, with an emphasis on Power Vinyasa. Her classes are structured to combine strength, flexibility, and balance for a total mind/ body workout. Jamie has been practicing yoga since she was a high school student, but really dove deep into her practice when she found herself looking for a compliment to running after completing multiple half and full marathons. Her biggest joy in teaching is seeing her students transform, not only physically but also emotionally and mentally. “I want to make yoga fun, and sometimes even funny. It’s our time to decompress and let go a little.”
Jamie and her husband live in Bartlett, TN with their two fur children. They enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, and exploring new restaurants and cuisine in the city.
