Michelle is a certified Group Fitness instructor at LiveFIT. She currently teaches bootcamp and Pure Power classes.

She is also a certified Personal Trainer. As a mother of two, she knows how important it is to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Michelle says, “I strongly feel this is the time in life when I simply cannot afford to give up. I’ve learned how important it is to find a way to sweat out the stress, to keep myself moving and to stay on top of my own physical well being.”

“It’s not about looking good in a swimsuit (though that is an added bonus), it’s about being the best I can be for my family. Over the years, I have spent a lot of time learning the types and formats of training my body responds to and how to eat in a way my body thrives. Throughout that process, I grew passionate about helping others achieve the kind of goals I was able to and decided to pursue my Personal Training certification. I believe it is one of the aspects that has allowed me to excel in my field. I love to encourage and motivate others!”
